Why This Must Be Read: In this alternative version of 'Fallen,' Daniel is happily settled into his identity as Arrom and his job as head librarian on another planet when the team finds him. Jack, making contact in hope of persuading him that he's Daniel Jackson and should come back with them, winds up in the role of a brothel worker hired to service him. Misunderstandings and negotiations ensue, with humor and hotness and a couple of neat twists.

So here he was, in this tiny little room with Daniel-who-wasn't-quite-Daniel, and Daniel's ABUNDANTLY VISIBLE package. And dear god, he was trying not to look, but he kept getting involuntary little glimpses out of the corner of his eye and-- what was that old saying? Objects probably appeared much larger than they actually were, simply by virtue of the fact that he was TRYING NOT TO LOOK. Really.
