Powerful, powerful look at the episode "The Shrine" and what Rodney loses as his memory leaves him. Written in a numbered format, Rheanna illustrates the different aspects of Rodney that slip away as the parasite eats away at who he is, day by day. Rheanna takes us on a lyrical and very emotionally-heavy journey, exploring what makes a person and what's left when all that is gone. The decision to use second-person POV to tell the story was a risky move, but in Rheanna's awe-inspiring hands, it delves the reader even deeper into Rodney's mind and voyage into forgetfulness.
