Why this must be read: Story takes place sometime third season, and universe is canon up until then - but in the story before this, Jolinar was brought back to life, and we learn Rosha was still alive, but deeply distraught. This is Martouf/Lantash and Jolinar (with Sam as a temporary host) desperately trying to find Rosha in time to save their mate and soulmate. The story is angsty and suspenseful, but there are also romance. It is not the usual take on this pairing - who get a surprise second chance.

Note that 'Within' is a sequel to 'Host'
