Yes, it is Utena, the Revolutionary Girl. If she likes that series, she might also enjoy "Fruits Basket" if she hasn't seen it already. It's a great series!

She does! She's 15 and really into anime. Faves right now are Black Butler, Ouran, Death Note, Cardcaptor...and Invader Zim, though that's a cartoon, of course.

You are a cool Mom to let her watch so many different series of anime (my Mom always thought I was weird for being into comic books and anime, even though I'm female).

In the US (unsure where you are at the moment), on Hulu, your daughter could watch the entire series of Romeo x Juliet, which is quite awesome. It plays SO much with ALL of Shakespeare plays. =) (Also, Hulu in general has a VERY extensive inventory of animes (both as dubbed and subtitled). (and most of the anime series are for free on Hulu =)).
