Why this must be read: Were those pods really safe? PostAurora. Oh yeah, and shameless Shep whumping. And as it turns out, there's a lot of Rodney angst here as well! An excellent tag that explores not only the aftermath of Aurora but the events of Trinity as well, settling the trust issues between Sheppard and McKay in a way that I felt was both realistic for the both of them and satisfying. As the summary says, were those pods safe? And the consequences of not knowing is quite a punch in the gut. Great Sheppard and McKay - and even Carson - friendship with what I felt was a great resolve.
