Why this must be read: I'm categorizing this as an SGA fic because it takes place through John's POV but in fact occurs entirely in the SGC and world of SG-1. When John is forced to return to Earth in The Return, SG-1 unofficially adopts him in an attempt to cheer him up. Absolutely adorable fic because it's so SG-1's style, as Sam tells Rodney, "We're taking care of him for you." The author capture each character perfectly, and makes me desperately wish for more SG-1/SGA crossovers because the interactions are just so much fun.
