This story, short though it is, is both exquisitely heartbreaking and beautiful. Extreme circumstances make Rodney realize that Radek is much more than a convenience. Rather light on the comfort, heavy on the hurt, but the story ends as it ought to end, with hope. (This is a MUST read on my personal McKay/Zelenka list.)
