This story is a tag to 'Menace'. One of the things that I really like about this, besides Magistrate's excellent writing, is that the last thing Jack and Daniel want to do is talk about it. It takes some serious intervention on Sam's part (not entirely voluntary) to make sure they eventually have that conversation they would so much rather avoid. This particular impasse is just one time too many, and requires a very sneaky go-between.
