Why This Must Be Read: Jack’s cranky and in pain, but Teal’c thinks he has the answer.
Knightshade offers us a fun little fic in which Jack is still recovering from a wrenched shoulder, Teal'c offers to perform the Jaffa equivalent of chiropractics, Sam and Daniel kibitz, and Jack panics. There's great Jack POV and superbly unflappable Teal'c and fun Daniel snarking, and it all adds up good entertainment for a Thursday - or any other day of the week. Go and read!
"What could it hurt, sir?" Carter suggested, shrugging.
"Oh, I don't know, maybe my shoulder? Why do I have this image in my head of me rolling on the ground in pain after letting a Jaffa crack my back."
"Do you not trust me, O'Neill?"
Oh, now that was just plain unfair.
