Why This Must Be Read: While John, Rodney, Elizabeth, Carson, Teyla and Rodney all got to go back through the wormhole during "The Return", Radek was left behind. What was he doing? What was it like when he went home? This is a beautiful look at Radek with a fantastic, strong third-person Radek POV, and covers a lot of introspective territory without ever feeling like it's telling more than it's showing. Rodney/Radek shippers will probably like the look at their friendship, but I definitely classify this as gen (and I'm a stickler for gen).
