Why This Must Be Read: A first night fic for my first rec. It's short but shows Zelenka's first night in Atlantis realistically enough it could be canon. In fact, it's one of those fics that ended up sticking with me in the "was that in that show or did I just read it on the internet" way that is generally accompanied by vague hand gestures and weird looks from whomever I happen to be talking to at the moment.
