Why This Must Be Read: In the wake of Enemy Within, Jack has to deal with... appearances with Sam. Daniel quotes Plutarch, Sam isn't Caesar's wife, Jack throws around slang with enthusiasm, and Teal'c is perfectly willing to throw around everybody. :)
Early season SG-1 is always a joy, especially when it's written as well as this!
“Jack.” Daniel pulled on his jacket. “What’s this about? You look like you’re about to hurt someone.”
“Me?” Jack tried on Hammond’s smile for size. “Oh, no, Daniel. I’m just gonna share my feelings.”
