This is a wonderful tag for 'Grace Under Pressure' and revolves around the aftermath of being trapped alone in a small confinement, underwater, with only your hallucination to keep you company. Not only is Rodney's PTSD described with empathy and insight, but also how John gets through to Rodney, overcomes his defenses, and talks him out of anxiety and distress. It's emotional and amazing, definitely worth a read.
