Why This Must Be Read:
Hi, I’m Ivorysilk, your September rec’cer for Daniel/Vala, because I wanted to play (wish me luck!)! I am (a) newish to the fandom (b) read a whole lot, and (c) haven’t watched all of SG-1, so am not as invested in Daniel as some, so my choices will reflect that. I have watched Seasons 9 and 10, though, and really quite adore Vala, inconsistent characterization and all, and so my choices will reflect that too.

Mostly, I chose this fic because it’s light, fun, and playful, and offers tiny character insights into all four characters (plus, I do adore my McShep.) Ami-ven’s fic is all bite-sized and sparkling, and I quite enjoy it. So, to get me started, this is just a tiny crossover fic.

Why This Must Be Read:I adore pretty much everything Schweinsty every wrote, in any fandom--her Rogue One fic is one of my favourite fics ever. But getting back to Stargate .... two in one day, because this is super short as well, more of a ficlet than a fic, but is much fun. Just a hint of Daniel/Vala, but it is such an amazing description of how I would imagine Daniel to be in a relationship with Vala that I could not resist.
