Why this must be read: nagi_schwarz describes this series at being like Ally McBeal, with more slash, more military, and possibly robots. This is actually very accurate. ::grins:: The law firm of Woolsey, O’Neill & Weir is made up of former military, spookily competent aides, and Evan Lorne, who may or may not be a robot (it’s a running gag). The lawyers here cover all the different aspects of law, from tax law (John) to law guardians (Daniel) and everything in between.

It’s also about John meeting Rodney and feeling that zing of instant attraction, and Jack realizing that he and Daniel have a connection that goes back to Jack’s military days. At turns hilarious, heart-wrenching and sweet, this is a great AU to settle in with.
