Why This Must Be Read: This is how I imagine Methos to be - Clever, irritating, ruthless, brilliant, and a master tactician, this is a man who can walk into SGC as a prisoner and a month later be running the place. Not to mention a man of 5,000 life experience would have some interesting insights on religion and its place in the SG universe. All told, the best Highlander/Stargate crossover fic I've ever read.

Why This Must Be Read: I'm not entirely sure how to describe this story other than 'awesome' and 'hilarious'. If I were to quote my favourite parts, I'd have to copy and paste the whole story. Like with all great comedic writers, the humour is not just in what's actually happening, but also in how it's being said. And Rodney is the absolutely perfect character to narrate this story -- which is actually complete crack, but told with such a straight face it almost wants you to take it seriously. It features Rodney the Bounty Hunter, John the damned American Rodney's parents disapproved of, and the Canadian Mob (ie. Agustus Kolya, who is held in high regard because he's from Nova Scotia).
