Why This Must Be Read: This series of vignettes is an absolute delight: each member of classic team on their first day of school. I love the way Thothmes shows us their nascent personalities as they navigate the uncertainties of their new surroundings. This is charming kidfic without ever slipping into sugary sweetness, and a real pleasure!

I admit my favorite is Teal'c's, and that the last few lines of Jack's is the good kind of ow, and that Daniel's mother is perfect, and that Sam's relationship with her brother and father are wonderful, and... Oh, just go and read it all yourself. :)
