There's just something about John Sheppard and babies. I mean, come on. What respecting fangirl who likes/can stomach kidfics wouldn't just melt into goo at the image of John Sheppard cuddling on a bed with a little girl wearing bunny-eared footie pajams? I ask you! Beyond the cuteness factor, and let me tell you this fic has no shortage of that, Krabapple gives us a wonderful look at a man whose been given responsibilities and possibilities he never thought he had and that he may not be ready for. Thank goodness he's got a team that cares for him deeply and Rodney McKay to love to bulwark him into his future as a daddy.
