Why this must be read:

Another painful read (don't know what it is that draws me to painful fic like bees to honey...) that just makes me feel with the characters. Teyla's image of her friends is warped after a mental rape by a Wraith Queen; she now sees all the dark possibilities of her boys raping and controlling her. This is dark, folks, I won't make no bones about that. And yet, through the dark, a ray of light shines through in the utter love her team has for her. They're willing to give her the space she needs to heal, all the while feeling the lost when she's not there to be the focal point and their pain as she keeps shying away from their contact. In the end, it's her team that gives Teyla the strength to resist the Wraith Queen's poison and start to heal.

Why This Must Be Read: Ordinarily, I'm not a fan of all-dialogue ficlets. But this one fairly sparkles with fantastic voices full of snark and wit, making each member of the team perfectly themselves as they grumble over their badly-soaked condition. Add one of the best onomatopoeias ever for a great tag line, and this teamy goodness ficlet is guaranteed to leave you smiling.
