Why This Must Be Read: Ethical considerations... something that was sadly lacking from many SGA episodes. Especially when experiments on the Wraith were concerned. This sg_rarepairings entry gives us an AU in which Janet is on Atlantis and does not agree with Elizabeth. But even through the conflict, the loving relationship between Elizabeth and Janet shines through.

Why This Must Be Read: sg_rarepairings truly gave rise to a lot of wonderful stories. This story gives us a few wonderful insights into Teyla, but also into what could have happened with Sora. The underlying former romance and friendship shines through in the way the two women interact and makes this story one of my favourites.
