This is just a lovely piece of fic that has Sam attending a party with her former colleauges. And because Pete can't be there, Daniel comes along. I choose this one because it conveys a deep friendship between Sam and Daniel. But yet, by the end of the fic, you feel that it's changed even knowing what will happen in the episodes that took place after this fic.
