WHY READ?: I was so pleased to find this story! I like my stories with the team (and preferably Atlantis support) all involved in the action, and while this one doesn't feature as much ass-kicking as I'd like, it's still a good, solid action-adventure story with an excellent premise and no ship or slash. The SGA characters are all in-character, there are moments between the team, as well as occasional snarks, arguments and triumphs.

It's all good. Read and review the author!

Why This Must Be Read: Another ficlet, which seems to be mostly the kind of Daniel/Vala fic that we have for the moment. It's short, but on-target, in-character, and a not at all over the top way of looking at Daniel's post-Beachhead dealing with Vala's departure. Plus, extra points for completely nailing Dr. Lam's "agree with me or I'll punch you in the face" type bedside manner in just a few lines. Hee!
