Why This Must Be Read: If your a Sam/Jack shipper and you haven't read this, I'd be surprised, as it seems to have been rec'ed every where but here!

"What will it take?" came first place in the angst catergory of the SJFA 2005. The fic is more of a journey than a story in some ways, as it follows a romantic reletionship developing much more gradually than most fics.

But the fic does not solely focus of the two of them stranded far from home, it has many twists and turns and its fair share of drama thrown in as Jack and Sam discover more about themselves then just the extent of their feelings for each other.
