Why This Must Be Read:

Well, when I first started reading this story, I honestly wasn't sure I was going to rec it. It takes place immediately after the episode Cor-Ai and is sort of an extended type of tag. Jack doesn't something that is rather atypical for him. He lets his frustration get the better of him and Daniel pays the price for it.

I'm rec'cing this story though because of how the incident is dealt with in the fic. The internalization of the characters is Jb's usual great work. This has to be one of my favorite author of Daniel fics around. The combination of guilt and anger by both Jack and Daniel is very, very believable.

It's a long fic though, so be prepared to sit for a while and read.

Jack and Daniel are trapped in a dangerous game that sends them running for their lives.

This story kept me on the edge of my seat and actually made me jump a few times. Jack and Daniel have to rely on one another to get out of a very dangerous situation. One that could end both of their lives quite abruptly. I hope you enjoy it!

A very sweet story about the meaning of the beaded bracelet we've been seeing Daniel wear. The story is very touching. It's both happy and sad at the same time, but in a good way
