Why This Must Be Read: This is a wonderful one-shot in which Jack stumbles onto the fact Daniel is gay. The struggle he feels is described well as he tries to figure out where their friendship stands, what his feelings for Daniel really are and what he is going to do about them. The author summary says it best Well it's all about denial and fear really. And it's a very LONG journey of discovery. If you don't like the thought of Daniel with someone other that Jack, try to remember that it's necessary to this plot and adds to the UST greatly. I loved this and I loved how it built slowly. This was a great read.
