Why This Must Be Read: This is a sweet glimpse of Abydos after the events of Stargate: the Movie, as Daniel tries to explain the nature of myth and art and legend to Skaara and the boys. Add an amused Sha're in the background and some wonderful imagery, and you're left with a charming picture (if you'll pardon the pun) of that happy time on Abydos when the people were truly free.
When Skaara’s friends find Sha’re beginning to paint the story of the rebellion on the walls of the temple, they start yelling.
