Why This Must Be Read: Firstly, it's John and Ronon, so I was in :) Secondly, this fic is 3084 words of complete and utter HOTNESS mixed with emotional revelations and unspoken declarations that are only possible, from these two beautifully spirited men. I loved this! I melted! I sighed! And I just had a really great time! Esteefee does a wonderful job of capturing the essence that is two battle hardened warriors from different cultures, who've found themselves in each other and are learning to understand this thing they share. Time spent with John and Ronon is never time wasted, and I'm sure, after reading this glimpse into their world, you'll agree with me.

Excerpt:

Maybe seven years on the run could do that to a man—reduce him to necessities, and kill his desire for more. But Ronon wasn't on the run anymore, so John just figured it was how the man was.

None of which had prepared him for Ronon suddenly pushing him back aggressively, his hands hard on John's waist, expression tight with demand.

"My way," Ronon growled, and before John could protest he didn't know what Ronon's way was, Ronon had tossed him to the bed and was yanking off John's track pants.

"What—"

"Shut up. That's the first thing," Ronon said. "No words. Only sounds."
