One of my criteria for a good crossover is that it does something different, something a little off the beaten path. In this case, instead of throwing Jack, Daniel, Sam and Teal'c together with characters from another universe or two or three, Hammond gets a chance to comiserate with three other authority figures about their insubordinate subordinates, all the while suffering through a motivational seminar. It strikes a tricky balance between the four shows, and Hammond can't share as much as the others due to the classified nature of the SGC, but watching the four men bond and even ultimately practice a little insubordination themselves is priceless. :-)
