Why this must be read: Well, this is way more Daniel/Vala story, but I just fell in love with the small Sam/ Teal'c bits. With this pairing the more hidden, the more subtle, the more cute.

Also, I am not a big fan of Daniel/Vala, but I love them very much in this story. And Vala being Vala make you smile more than once.
