Why This Must Be Read: This is Sam/Lantash, with a little Martouf. Lantash is undercover as a System Lord, so Martouf is silent most of the time. Sam has been captured by slavers, and Lantash manages to save her by buying her. Yes, it ends quite predictably - it is a PWP after all, but it is very well written and Lantash is well described. Besides being hot, the story is also both sweet and romantic. There are too few stories written were the focus is on the symbiote instead of the host. This is one of them, and it is a nice difference.
