Why This Must Be Read:

This is the follow-up to the Daniel/Sarah events of "Chimera" we never got to see on the show. It's an epistolary fic, which is unusual for fandom but works perfectly for the kinds of people Daniel and Sarah are, for the way their friendship works. I love Sarah's slow recovery, the pitfalls she faces, her determination to get better. I love Daniel's compassion and support, and his willingness to be what she needs.
