this is the story that put the idea of Kate/Elizabeth into my head and did so through the extremely wonderful characterization of Elizabeth. Depending on your corner of fandom, Elizabeth doesn't get the treatment she deserves.havocthecat, however, writes an Elizabeth that is insanely complex and varied. This is a REAL Elizabeth. One you can feel Torri inhabiting, which can't be said for some characterizations around fandom. I always love reading havocthecat's fanfiction with Elizabeth, whether she's evil, mischievious, duty-driven, or all of the above with a side of choca-holic thrown into it for fun, she's always amazing. This story? ESPECIALLY SO.
A quiet conversation, chocolate appreciation, and sex, it's not a side of Elizabeth we get to see often and it's just a wonderful read.
