The Four series by Dasha (NC-17)
Rec Category: OT3+
Pairing: Daniel/Jack/Sam/Teal'c
Category: het, slash, foursome
Warnings: het, slash
Author on LJ:
dashamte
Author's Website: http://www.area52hkh.net/author.php?name=Dasha
Link:
Part 1 - Administrivia
Part 2 - Group Dynamics
Part 3 - Friendly Space
Why This Must Be Read:
Dasha not only plausibly gets the characters into an unconventional arrangement without requiring an apocalypse or aliens to Make Them Do It, and then deals with some of the emotional ramifications, she also manages to write foursomes which are hot, credible, and in which nobody gets left in the corner.
What makes these stories shine is the strength of the characterization, and the loving attention paid to all the team-members and their various inter-relationships: for example, there's as much focus on the Sam-Daniel and Jack-Teal'c dynamics as the other ones.
These are deeply generous fics, strong on comfort but never saccharine or cutesy.

And what a lovely recommendation of Four. I couldn't agree more.
