Why This Must Be Read:

For anyone who loves figuring out the answers to the the greatest question in the world -- What if..? -- an AU with a genderbent character is the place to be. Fairyglass's "Mirror, Mirror" brings you Elizabeth Jackson... a female counterpart for Daniel. What makes this series different from others I've seen is that Elizabeth is allowed to stay on our Earth and join up with her "twin," proving that two Dr. Jackson's are better than one. Fairyglass's writing and characterization are strong, and there are some awesome touching moments as Elizabeth, Daniel and the rest of SG-1 come to terms with each other and get to know one another.

Yes :) I love how Daniel won't allow himself to be comforted, but he's quick to comfort Elizabeth when she needs it (and he knows he needs it because he knows how he would react to it) so in a round-about way, he's sort of offering himself comfort, y'know? And the reverse holds true too, so it's nice to see.
