Why This Must Be Read:
Oh, my gosh. John takes Rodney up on a dare. It's... it inspires incoherence, that's what it does, but I'll try my best. Rodney comes across as completely expert in this fic, and given the terms of the dare (which are much more fun when you find out along the way), this means you're in for a scorching, head-spinning read, right there with John along for the ride. Brain-meltingly hot but still wonderfully in character, this is one of those stories I re-read and re-read often, and it never, ever gets old.
