Why This Must Be Read: Dark, disturbing, this story is bloody amazing. The... torment that Jack suffers both before and after his ordeal is written so incredibly. What really strikes me about this story is Jack's transformation and the way he takes Sam down the path he's traveling without care. Along with the constant theme of the dog tags and Daniel's appearances, this makes for one fabulous though disturbing read.
