sga_flashfic challenges has been a great source of fics. This one was written for the "secret superpower" round, though the power is more of an interpretation of the people not an actual power. Either that or Rodney's obliviousness is the superpower, I'm not exactly sure. Visiting a planet who appreciates McKay without trying to steal him, offering interesting gifts in return for his assistance, makes for a different sort of off-world adventure. One member of the society is a little too fond of the good doctor for the Colonel's liking. Rodney is not being oblivious enough to please Sheppard when it comes to strangers, yet way too oblivious when it comes to him.
