Why this must be read: Because this involves two pairings I don't support, one of which I don't even really understand, set in the universe of a series of books I couldn't even finish, and yet it had me so completely engrossed that I read almost all of it in one sitting--THAT is how good it is! The author also includes a basic introduction to the universe which made everything pretty easily understandable to me despite being mostly unfamiliar with it.
