The links to the 4 sets of chapters on the WM are working fine, so do you mean the ebooks I made and uploaded to medifaire? Because I downloaded them to my iPad and have tested the mobi and epub ones, and they definitely have all chapters to the end. Why did you think they stopped at Chapter 20 abd which ebook type was it?
