Why This Must Be Read: Let's face it. The episode, "The Light", is wide open for a ton of fanfic possibilities. What DID the team do there during their 'rehab' time? This is a wonderful little story showing SG1 on some downtime. It showcases the Sam/Daniel friendship and is a really fantastic and quick read. I'm an admirer from afar of Otter's work. It's amazing!

Why This Must Be Read: A short and sweet look at the friendship and slight mentoring dynamic between Sam and Jack. It made me smile. Throw in a healthy dose of Janet and her Napoleonic ways, and I really enjoyed this story. I'd like to find more by this author now.
